Jasna Knez is a highly accomplished coach, mentor, and supervisor. She holds prestigious individual accreditations at the highest level from both global associations: the International Coach Federation ICF as Master Certified Coach - MCC and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council EMCC as EIA Master Practitioner Coach & Mentor - EIA Master. Additionally, she holds the ITCA Practitioner Team Coach designation. She is also individually accredited as a coaching & mentoring supervisor with the ESIA award, registered in the international register of coaches, mentors, and supervisors. In Slovenia, she is the only holder of individual accreditations as a professional coach at the highest level in both coaching associations and across all levels (coach, team coach, mentor, supervisor).
Jasna also works as a trainer in soft business skills and team development. With her knowledge and experience, she serves as a business and systemic team coach, Jungian coach, integrative coach, coaching skills trainer, coaching mentor, supervisor, and facilitator of coaching culture and systems development as a systemic organizational constellator and facilitator.
With her outstanding contributions and exceptional work for ICF & EMCC Global, she stands as a great ambassador for the coaching profession, making a significant impact on the professional growth of the field. She is a member of the international assessment team for individual accreditations of coaches and mentors at EMCC Global across all four levels and an assessor for the PCC level at ICF, actively participating in the assessment and accreditation processes to ensure quality coaching standards.

In navigating life's challenges, making mistakes, and learning from them, I've evolved into the person I am today—a wife, a mother, a friend, and a fellow human being. Through moments of darkness, facing shadows and doubts, I grappled with the belief that I might not be enough. However, this journey led me to a deeper understanding of myself and what lies beneath the surface. Today I am aware of my value, and I am good enough.
My experience with life underscored the crucial importance of self-care and embracing the light within oneself. Recognizing my strengths, understanding the source of my passion, and discovering one's true purpose in life became essential. Embracing self-discovery has been a profound gift, an ongoing exploration, and a deep dive into my inner world.
Mindfulness and somatics have seamlessly integrated into my daily practices, adding a distinctive layer to my life's narrative—a narrative that I share harmoniously with my family. The joy derived from engaging in various "soul" practices adds a unique and fulfilling dimension to my journey. The realms of transpersonal, archetypal, and quantum psychology have consistently captivated me, offering profound insights into the fundamental 'why' of our existence. I am a staunch believer in the idea that ongoing self-exploration serves as a powerful catalyst, enriching my role as a coach and supervisor. My life motto revolves around living in the present moment— being. Gratefully enjoying nature, cherishing the sea and camping life, finding wisdom through interaction with different people and cultures, and enjoying good books. But most importantly building meaningful connections, engaging in deeper and beyond the surface conversations, hearty laughter, and immersing myself in the world of art. Dedicated to maintaining a high standard of professional expertise, I actively collaborate with global coaching organizations, the International Coaching Federation, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, as I firmly believe in collective growth. Our focus is on serving people. Additionally, I undergo regular coaching supervision to uphold the highest standards in my profession.
Having co-founded and served two terms as the Vice President of the ICF Slovenia Chapter (1.1.20-1.1.24), I played an integral role in shaping the future of Slovenia's coaching profession and fostering a vibrant coaching professional community.
Furthermore, I contribute as an EMEA EIA assessor for EMCC Global across all four levels and serve as a PCC assessor for ICF, actively participating in the assessment and accreditation processes to ensure quality coaching standards.
In my role as a Supervisor, I proudly belong to Supervision Adria, reflecting my commitment to excellence and ongoing development in the coaching profession.
